Seeing your ex with someone else..
Discussion
Generally speaking I'd say whomever is welcome to whatever ex nutter I was with.
Just remember if it chews you up that at least when you had them they were younger, fitter, slimmer and you've probably got a hard drive full of filth should you have some thing pent up that needs releasing.
Basically always remember you've ruined them for other men. That'll see you right.
I'm here all day for advise. Or on mums net.
They love me there.

1] At some point, he's probably going to bump into the same st you probably did.
2] Bump into ex next time with better replacement (if jealousy inducing, so much better).
3] Double British stiff upper lip & extra swagger (regardless of what's going on underneath)?
Take your pick.
Number 3 is the way to go, was with my gf and saw a girl I went out with when I was a teenager the other day, definitely had a lucky escape lokoing at her now but when she dumped me I felt low for ages. 2] Bump into ex next time with better replacement (if jealousy inducing, so much better).

My ex is now seeing another women...
To start with it was hard, but now I think how brilliant it is. No mood swings, no treading on egg shells, no dogs that she can't control and most importantly, no fked up family who I hated spending any time with.
They've been together nearly a year or so, so cheated on me as well. I knew they were together after a while, but was still sleeping with my ex when they were official, so makes me feel a bit better knowing that I was fking her 20 minutes before her new partner was coming over.
Now I couldn't give a st about her. I can honestly say, she was the worst thing to ever happen to me. She made me depressed, stopped seeing some good friends as much as I should have. Put two jobs behind everything else.
I'm now a lot happier, loving my part time job even more than before, my main job I'm enjoying as well.
That being said, I do miss her daughter at times. For a kid she was pretty cool. Just hope that my ex has sorted her life out so her daughter doesn't suffer like she has due to her crappy family.
Not seen my ex for nearly a year now, thankfully she lives 40+ miles away.
Oh she also had nice roads to drive and ride down which is a bit of a shame, towards the end that was the best thing about going to hers.

Time is a great healer - these things take time. And don't forget the old saying: the best way to get over a woman is to get under another.
I guess she ended your relationship? It's much easier being the dumper than the dumpee - generally the one doing the dumping has been unhappy for a while, has moved emotionally, and possibly met someone else as well. For the dumpee, it often comes completely out of the blue and knocks the wind out of your sails.
If you see them together (obviously a thing to try and avoid where possible), you just have to grin and bear it.
One of my exes dumped me in favour of my best friend - they were emotionally involved before we split, and I could see it unfolding, but nothing I could do to stop it, I'd already lost her by then. She said she wanted us to stay friends, and foolishly I tried for a bit, but that was a total mind fk for me. Pretty quickly I shut them out and ended up losing quite a lot of close friends because of it.
That was all years ago and I'm well over it now. I moved away and have never really seen either of them for a long time, but I'm pretty sure I could get along with either of them again now. Irony is that he did the dirty on her good and proper (had a child with someone else while they were still together, apparently). Shame.

I bumped into them in a bar. I handed him a pint, shook his hand, said "High, you must be Chris" (I knew his name was Bobby), thanked him for doing me a massive favour, and walked away.
That just makes you look like a bitter little knob head, and validates her original decision to dump you in the first place.
