I ordered some bike parts from a site yesterday and as they had various payment methods i was going to use the paypal one, but it totalled my in voice from £22 to £35 so i went back and to redo my order and use debit card payment option it was just £22.
Never had this when buying stuff from ebay (which i did yesterday) so do paypal charge you extra if ordering from some sites?

paypal gives him his money back so now he has the item and the money.

If you're in the UK you have to accept Paypal on most ebay transactions. If you include "no paypal" or similar in the description they will pull the listing and not refund the listing fee.

And you sent a £200 item in the post without using special delivery? Why would you do that?
