If you could send me the refund now that would be great, but if not, I'll be in your area next week (you DO still live at Acacia Avenue, don't you??) and I could drop round and collect it?"
Apparently, they had their refund within about 20 minutes. Odd, that.....

There is no excuse with ebay, everything has to be sent recorded its in the seller and buyers interest.
it anoys me the amount of people who charge high postage and i come in from work to find it sitting on the doorstep or just throught the letterbox.
without a proof of delivery there is no answer the buyer will always get a refund. Remember you havnt got to prove you sent it you have to prove its been received
