Tax relief for nanny (and other servants') payments! Unemployment is artificially increased as a result of the outrageous policy of charging PAYE on payments to household servants made out of taxed income. The money our nanny receives is taxed at over 80%. If I didn't have to pay my own tax on the money paid to her, but just her own PAYE and NI, I could employ three people. How could that be anything other than good for the economy?
