Marv, there are Pro Bono Solicitors and Legal Aid. Have you tried these? If none of these can help and you have no assistance from your relatives (Uncles/Aunts etc?) then I suggest you move countries. You need to get something sorted before winter sets in. This is from the legal Aid website:
'Can I benefit from legal aid?
Persons with insufficient means are eligible for legal aid to defend their interests, providing they are:
Luxembourg nationals, or
aliens authorised to take up residence in Luxembourg, or
nationals of a Member State of the European Union, or
aliens placed on the same footing as Luxembourg nationals for legal aid purposes by virtue of an international agreement.
Legal aid may also be granted to any other alien with insufficient means in proceedings relating to aliens' rights of asylum, entry, residence, establishment and expatriation'

I've exchanged emails with Marv and I have his new mobile number. Unfortunately I was travelling for work last week and haven't been able to catch up with him in person, but I intend to in the coming days.

It ain't been easy.
There's nothing really new on the horizon except that maybe my I can get a temporary bed at the homeless shelter. This would allow me to use thee shelter's address as my own and get my paperwork done as well as register to find work.
I'll know if this can be done by the end of the week.
As for the court thing, neither my parents nor his legal counsel showed up Dec 10th so the case had to be postponed to Jan 21st.
Since my father is the one suing, there is no problem if nobody from his side shows up to the court dates. If I had not shown up, the court would have regarded that as a sort of admission of guilt and I would not have been able to present my case. Talk about fair.
Holiday depression is still going full throttle with overboost.
