The Sun is so dense that matter/energy takes 10.500 years to reach the surface from the centre.
ive heard its a lot longer, sometimes to the millions of yearsI thought this thread was all about facts, not wild guesses from scientists with nothing important to invent.

If you're standing at the bottom of the earth, the south pole then walk 280 yards north (lets call this Point A), when you begin to walk West you'll be walking in a circle for one mile before returning to point A. Then all you need to do is walk 280 yards South to get back to where you started!
Yes but that is NOT what the quote said:"Contrary to popular belief, there are an infinite number of places on earth where you can walk South one mile, then West one mile, then North one mile, and end up exactly where you started."
You can't just go randomly changing which direction you do first!!!

Dogs cannot look up!
unless they sit down.... I should know, i've got 4!
I'm with Silent on this!
My GS dog is clearly able to look up wether sat or standing. She always looks up in amazement of the ceiling fan when switched on. Does'nt matter if she's directly under it or looking at it from the other side of the room.
It's hilarious watching her watching the ceiling fan...I'm suprised she does'nt get dizzy with all that head movement

If you cut a cockroach's head off ... It can survive for up to 9 days before it starves to death.
They also learn quicker with their head cut off. A nerve plexus takes over and learns more efficiently than its brain.
It can also live off a greasy thumbprint for a week...and if human sized would cover 100 metres in one secondThey also learn quicker with their head cut off. A nerve plexus takes over and learns more efficiently than its brain.
Polar bear fur is transparent, not white. All Polar bears are left pawed, Polar bears Latin name is Ursus maritimus, Ursus arctos is the Latin name for the Brown bear.
