The view from my office...

A reminder that I'm in Lowestoft, which is the worst place in the world for anything extraordinary.

When you say "office" do you mean "cell"?

Was coming back from Aylesford and got hit by that snow squall that blew through.

Slowed down the traffic a bit on Detling Hill.

Rain and hail just turned to snow here in Gillingham Kent. Little one very excited keeps asking to open the door and look. Shame that I now have summer tyres on the back of my BMW until early next week due to a puncher yesterday :/

No snow here in Guernsey (that's coming next week) however we've had extremely violent showers of hail and rain and the current mean wind speed at the moment is 42mph with gusts near 60mph.

If I didn't know better, I'd say that that 'thing' is going to cut a swathe right through the centre of the country, exiting through Dover.

What does this mean? Snowmaggedon? Or a bit of drizzle?

Unfortunately its sucked in a load of warmer Atlantic air. It means serious snow on the peaks and heavy rain elsewhere.

And high winds!

Had a brief snow shower on the drive home, not enough to settle but enough to get the hyperspace effect while driving
