Good stats, thank you! Not far off then smile I didn’t know there was a summer thread. Is it the same as the winter one with just less mentions of snow ie our amount of moaning about the rain stays the same?
The rules are the summer thread is opened by Puggit when 20C or above is recorded somewhere in the UK (keeping it to Puggit makes it much easier to find said quoted stats)

The summer thread generally has people in two camps, people complaining they don't like the warmth, and the opposite to the winter thread where the south has better weather than the north...
confused I thought it was 21C?
Nope.

Deffo 20 degrees

Good thing the US doesn't could here. We've just finished clearing away 14" of snow, and we'll hit 20c this coming weekend.

...good chance of more snow this coming weekend, too.

Yes you're right, of course. Won't be long now - love a bit of warm rain bounce

Forget about Easter weekend. Mrs Puggit has bought new outdoor furniture and has invited family over in the hope they'll be first to use it.

The last couple of days made me think we're starting to move away from low temps...nope, back to single digits from the weekend and crap weather.

Yep, quick northerly blast. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Agreed.

The last few days have been borderline glorious in comparison to what we've endured all winter.

Grey, damp and a good few degrees colder again today.

I'm going to tell myself not to mind too much whatever the weather is for the next couple of weeks, but as we move into April, if it stays st like this I know my frustration levels will rise rather quickly.

What ever happens, just remember you don't live with DS on that hill.

Yes, it has suddenly become quite nice in Surbiton.
Even thinking about taking the Corvette to my physio appointment......but a boring 20 mins up the A3 and back and potentially nowhere to park is putting me off!

Almost T-shirt weather yesterday afternoon out in the sun. Today in Shropshire, censoreding it down...again.

I'm getting royally fed-up of checking the forecast and there being 0% chance of rain for the rest of the day. I go out and clean the car and think about taking it for a run out now the roads have cleared up, then it immediately rains. Why can't they even get the current weather correct, never mind a 3-5-7 day ahead forecast?!

I can confirm solar batteries are full whistle

Of course, yesterday was the day Mrs Puggit had the tumble on all day.

Left for work at 8am in just a jumper (and trousers, shoes etc, before someone picks up on this), returned at 6pm in the same. Felt pleasant, borderline too warm. Not long until the coat can be packed away?
