This morning the sodding phone has not stopped ring. Every time I try to get out of the office for a quick ciggie, the bloody thing rings off the hook.

Cod in parley sauce for lunch.

Oh, and I hate buses. Stuck behind 3 different ones this morning. I didn't know they owned that many.
I spent 40 minutes on one on saturday.
It cost me £3.10 to go about 4 miles, with hindsight a taxi wouldnt have been much more expensive and it would have been a bloody sight quicker.

Anyhoo, did you go to the Eifel historic rally at weekend ?

Currently thinking about attending next year ,combining it with Spa 24 and a trip on the toll road.

A Mexican beer of my recent acquaintance:

It went straight through, gathering momentum as it went.
I see that thar Gretchen has been modelling for the TT beer.

Who's going to pose next to the bun for the forthcoming TT sausage-in-a-bun-a-thon in aide of Battert's wife's bunion rectification fund?

(we had initially planned to do a mess hall special cheese-'n'bunion sarnie, 20% proceeds to the fund, but the powers that be thought it in poor taste)

The senior Latin Master at school amused my classmates by telling them my name in German would be Messerschmitt.

Cheeky food stop on the way to Hockenheim after interminable ferry delays. Why is city-wide free WiFi not a thing in the UK?!?!

I was told quite a few years ago that it is the case in Birmingham.

Never tried it though, too far to travel just for some free internetz.

The free internet could come with a free moon and I'd still find it hard to justify going to Birmingham.
