Teens, you started to watch more grown up stuff and watching tv/movies with adults in and listen to music. So a little older.
20+ and you watch all sorts.

Now aged 40+ those grown ups from your teens/20s are 20 years older than you and looking a lot more doddery.

A common cliche in music is 'artist X is so much better live' when so many 'artists' are shown up for what they are with no pitch control or other studio tools to fall back on when live. By contrast I felt a lot of Prince's studio work sounded a bit weak, simply because he was confined in a studio but could really let rip on the stage. Saw him 3 times and am gutted that that will be the lot now.
