Ooo Ive had that before, had 2 stuck in at 16. The best part is when 2 burley nurses hold you down, and a doctor with a pair of pliars just yanks them out.

Still I asked the nurses very nicely and they let me keep the pins, got them in my top drawer biggrin
You had to be held down?

You massive poof wink

I just took a video of it.

Nice vid, decent amount of twist being used there wink
I had a couple of pins like that in my ankle many years ago, I could twist them under the skin!

This happened to my mate....... The doctors said that there was no doubt that the actions I took immediately after the accident, saved my mates leg..smile... I'm quite proud of that...... And my mate never lets me forget it...

9hrs of surgery 4 days in ITU and a emergency trache.

The joys of being in the armed forces and in a place people want to kill you and vehicles that don't react well to a explosive charge going off underneath.

The gold plate is to help me blink or it would damage the eye. so with that im able to blink.

your welcome

the gold plate is done under injection and sits between the eyelid so it is not visible. at first just feels like a lazy eye. it will be replaced in the near future for a titanium plate which I will be awake for
