I wonder why they had to do it backwards, seeing as it was composited into the mirror anyway. It would have made her running seem more realistic...

The cameraman was running backwards, in front of the actress who was running forwards - If she looks unrealistic, it was probably because she had to try to run but not to gain on the slower cameraman
