Probably because, after the brushes with death when younger that left them in the state they're in now, they've been teetotal and drug-free for decades.Also, they keep themselves fit. Ozzy Osbourne, for example, has a rigorous three-hour daily work-out. After three hours, he's usually worked out what day it is.
