Give me a chance I only received them today hehe That's 30ml of juice and I only go though about 3ml a day.

One of the juices I keep in one of my tanks at the moment is The Governor from http://www.lancashiresteamcompany.co.uk/shop.html
"This juice is a bitter sweet combo that cleans your pallet with strong lemon flavours" I agree, its a really nice lemon without being too bitter or too sweet. I now have a 30ml bottle and will be something I reorder. I also received The Governoress but not tried it yet its supposed to add strong fruit flavours but worried it might be a bit sweet for me time will tell.
Come on !! Get tasting and report back immediately!! hehe

That lemon one sounds good, now investigating that site - I ordered a lemon zesty one from cloud 9 and it mixed really well with a cream or vanilla flavour.

I've just filled up with Digbys Oriental Plunder, now bear with me while I try to describe the taste, which I've never done before.
It made me think of a Red Malboro, with a coffee and one of those little biscuits, with only the sweet notes, and none of the nasty aftertastes of any of them.
You could imagine sitting outside of a street cafe with this as a nice accompaniment.
Very pleasurable in summary.
(I was a 20 a day silk cut habit before vaping, so Malboro were not even my choice of smoke, except occasionally).
This is odd to me, as I've not touched a fag in 11 months now, (nor will I)

Just out of interest, why must the atomizer dry overnight before being refilled? Surely a touch of residue water in there will simply (very mildly) dilute the e-juice?
Its just something I do. I suppose you could take a bit of kitchen towel and dry it off and it would be fine. If I only had one tank that's probably what I would do. But when you have a few there is no urgency:

X2 Aspire Nautilus
X3 Aspire Nautilus Mini
X3 Kanger mini protank 3
X3 Kamry pipe tanks
X1 Aspire K1

Bloody hell!

I've ordered another K1 today so that will assist. No doubt I will add another battery and charger in due course.

I like the K1, doesn't hold a lot of juice but you don't need a pair of pliers to unscrew it to top it up, so not an issue carrying a small bottle of juice with you.

They are cheap and the coils are cheaper than the Nautilus BVC coils and they work just as well. Stick one on the istick like in my photo and you have a great walking around vape.

Unlike many folks converting to ecigs, I didn't really intend to give up the real fags, more to cut them down to when I am out drinking and use the ecig as a way to do so and to be able to smoke without inconvenience - ie in the car when I would usually pull over for a smoke, when it's wet outside and I don't want to stand in the rain, or when I am up against a deadline and want to stay fixed to my desk.

I have found I have had several days where I have smoked 1 or 2 real ones and puffed away happily on the aspire. The K1 holds plenty for my use and it's rare that it needs topping up more than at the start of the day. Same goes with the battery charge - sufficient for a days use for me. I ordered the second tank purely to give me a few juice options.

That said, whether its because I have changed juices without changing coil or washing the tank sufficiently, I must say those that I have tried thus far all taste pretty much the same! I certainly don't get all these very detailed descriptions about the flavour descriptions! Perhaps a new tank will determine whether that is my pallet or my mixing of flavours using 1 tank and the same coil!

Part of it will be because you're still smoking.

When I first started, I used a really strong peppermint, which tasted fine, and a load of samplers of various flavours that tasted a bit flat.

Week or so down the line and I was amazed a refilling a tank with a juice I'd previously found a bit flat to get loads of lovely flavour.

Food tasted amazing too!

No preaching, but it's amazing the effect of smoking on sense of taste and smell.

Maybe its like Sway said and its because you are still smoking. Maybe its rubbish juice or a touch of vapours tounge. The most intense flavours I have tried has been from http://www.vapemunki.co.uk/Gourmet_Range/cat226868...

Bazilla Custard Vanilla custard, really sweet with a vanilla hit but a bit sickly to use all the time
Chilled Munki Slime lime but with a massive menthol hit that will wake you up
The Gurner candy apple with a sweet and sour twist. A nice fresh tasting apple that I have vaped nearly 100ml of
Sky Wizard citrus fruits, a bit like vaping a boiled sweet, but a bit too sweet for me.

I haven't tried some of the juices that people talk about like Five Pawns, Digsbys etc as they are usually 50/50 and I like a VG heavy or 70VG/30PG juice.

Right Chaps, I've never owned a vaping thing, I was a reformed smoker and could always quit but after a few months smoking I'm finding quitting a bit tough.

I am also a bit stupid and very impractical as well as poor, so can anyone recommend a dead simple, cheap e cig thingy and where's best to get it and the refills?

I've been cig free for 2 weeks thanks to this thread and been on quite a journey already. i had one cig in that time, but otherwise doing well.

Essentially they all do the same thing with varying amounts of style, resilience and oomf.

the cig type things such as blucig are good but can end up costing a fair bit on refills. the batteries only last a couple of months and you will be lucky to get a days use off a charge, but they are slick, discreet and work well for what they are. i started on these and stumbled across this thread which is where i was advised to go buy a proper vape.

so off i went and bought an eleaf istick mod which is a battery pack with adjustable wattage and voltage, has a huge battery which lasts 5-6 days and has a 510 fitment which seems to be the standard for atomosier fitments.

i also bought an innokin iclear 30 atomiser which is the part that holds juice - the nicotine liquids you buy. combined with the istick it gives a hefty kick and you really get an authentic smoking experience off it. much more than than the blucig, so if you want a better chance and a better experience go all out and properly vape, it has made it easier for me i think.

the fun starts when you get to go juice shopping. there are literally hundreds of highly regarded juices to vape and I'm enjoying switching flavours and trying new things. i've only tried a few flavours so far but slowly accumulating more so i can switch around.

you don't want to stick on one flavour too long otherwise they can get boring and you can get this vape tounge effect which others have mentioned... really don't want to experience that!

A company called Aspire seems to be making some good kit at the moment and a starter kit with a charger, battery, Glassomiser (thing that holds the liquid and vaporises the liquid) is the best way to start.
Sway who has been posting on this thread is using this Aspire starter kit and I use something similar
http://www.ukecigstore.com/aspire-starter-kit.html
Its a bit cheaper on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Aspire-Starter-consisting-... but UKEcigs has better photos.

I use the slightly larger premium kit every day
http://www.ukecigstore.com/aspire-nautilus-premium...
Same deal fill it with liquid, let it sit for 4mins then vape away, Charge the battery via USB cable.

Money wise I was buying 200 B&H every week for £80 but once you have the kit you just buy the juice and coils. You still have the kit next week as you don't burn it and stub it out.

So I fill the bottle with some liquid, leave it for 4 mins then it's ready to roll?
I can keep it in my pocket n it's ready to roll instantly like a normal cigarette?

Can I use any e liquid in it or do I have to buy it online from them?

Sorry about the questions it's all alien to me!

Basically yes. There is a small metal coil of wire inside that heats up and vaporises the liquid. Its surrounded by a material that wicks the liquid from the tank to the heating element so you need to let it soak up the liquid a bit. The battery usually comes charged but you will need to keep it charged, via a USB to PC/laptop or USB wall charger, I just charge mine off USB on a PC work or home.

Most batteries have a safety feature that you have to press the fire button 5 times to turn them on so they don't trigger in your pocket. 5 clicks on, 5 clicks off.

If you have a vape shop near you they will probably have a selection of juice that you can try. Basically its trial and error. Yes you can buy juice from anywhere

Cotty, not me with the Aspire starter kit chap.

I'm the one who spent a fortune on a shiny machined billet box that works no better than an Aspire starter kit, as it uses the same coils!

I'm begining to come to the same conclusion. I've spend hundreds on different bits of kit now and still my go to tank is the nautilus mini. I've brought this plus a few RBA's & drippers away with me to use with the cf battery & iistick. No matter how I build these coils, how much cotton I use Im still getting BAGS more flavour from the nautilus mini. For 20 quid its a fantastic tank to have!
