I've already said it before, but the inability to use an apostrophe correctly - definitely council.

It's ok I'm allowed to use them, I outed myself as council earlier in the thread because I drive a van for work.

Observed today on my lunchtime stroll:

Marching through a busy town centre with an unsupervised pre-school aged child following several metres behind. Bonus points when the child is distracted by a pigeon.

That's me outed and it's pre-pay. Can you advise me of a middle class network to sign up too and do I have to be on a monthly tariff?. I just hope the missus doesn't find out. She's been giving me these funny looks ever since I installed the spittoon in the front room.

Defiantly not EE, my local store always looks like Jeremy Kyle's waiting room when I unfortunately have to venture in there.

Pretensions of class? Council.

If you know you're council, you should stick to sawdust on the floor.

And 'front room'? Have a word with yourself.

A few years ago, I overheard the most bizarre argument between two fat council house woman. The one insisted she was better than the other because she said that her rented house was 'Housing Association', and not 'Scummy Council'!

How council is that!

Is that all kids are council, or just kids that are really too old to be in pushchairs that are in pushchairs?

Todays nomination from me is people who use a campervan (I'm thinking converted Transit rather than a Winnebago) as everyday transport.

Friend of a friend of a friend on Facebook. I guess the 105 likes are people that don't mind their council tax being wasted.
Also, I'm sure those lights are there for a reason.

Holland is too boring to be council.
Compared to Belgium, it is scintillating. Possibly up market council.
It is even formalized

Belgium > Netherlands > Luxembourg

Council > Moderately middle > owns a a bank or two

In all seriousness both Belgium and Netherlands have some lovely places and some shocking ones (looking an you Leige)

Totally council = no curtains as such, but an old sheet or some other fabric held up with pins or blue tack. Usually filthy.

St George's Cross/Union Jack flag in place of curtains: council.

Oh, and what are the chances of anyone "liking" that on MongBook actually paying council tax as opposed to getting it "on the benefits"?
