Shoes.
What do the collective think?
Black and white or the brown or cream?
Bit Bugsy Malone?
Or brown two tone
Or just plane black brogue?
Boring?
They will be used daily for work so lots of airport walking and driving, so need to be comfortable. I use Clarkes at the mo.
Coming next, which socks should I wear, is this Ebay item a scam and should I do this girl up the pooper?
None of the above. All either dated or look like you date line-dancers. Called Clive. What do the collective think?

Men's shoes should be black and carry as little detail as possible. I picked up some simple "toe cap" Sartorial ones in M&S the other day (in case of emergency interviews). £50.

Same with Alfa last year, and rover 214 when younger. Plenty of right foot, dabble of handbrake and some narrow and cheap tyres.
Drift king levels of fun, and got me everywhere mums 4x4s would.
Mondeo best not let me down this year :grrrrr:

I disagree, plain black or brown brogues can work with many different outfits. The two-tone ones are a bit too "special" though.
I saw a bloke at a wedding with the white and black ones (Loakes, I asked) and he looked very cool.Mind you he was a black guy, with dreads, and a sharp suit and all the people at the wedding were gorgeous.
It was like a Benetton commercial!

My old boss used to wear patent white loafers, mustard corduroy, and a dark red shirt. Cooler than a polar bear's penis.

My Peugeot was fine, although the track has been cut up by a tractor.
It's good in snow, too, which is about its only redeeming feature.
My dad used to take me out to practisesliding around and giggling a lot driving sensibly and safely in snow when I was a learner.
Twas great fun.
My old mk3 Astra was rather epic in the snow, I found a car park of fresh snow, the handbrake sliding the back end round and the front wheels still spining forwards while the car goes backwards. But, if I'm honest the best car in the snow, is my Honda even with the Toyo summer the torsen diff just gave you traction where it didn't really deserve it.It's good in snow, too, which is about its only redeeming feature.

I'm sitting on the window ledge while Laura watches the showjumping with a rather large cigar and a glass of my favourite rum.
Like a sir. Kinda.
You're sat on the window ledge sulking and posting here while your Mrs is drinking your rum and smoking your cigars?! Sort it out Like a sir. Kinda.

She's currently sulking a bit because I'm "stinking the house out" with this cigar. Not usually my thing, but I'm enjoying it!
And she's drinking rosé.
There's a place for rosé. Not all of it is bad. And she's drinking rosé.
I've got a couple of bottles of a pink Tempranillo which are very nice with some things.

Anyone watch 'Hunted', BBC One's new Drama from the makers of Spooks? It's mothertruckin' brilliant. Melissa George is a bit pouty, but schmokkin' hot in it.
I watched it, but got distracted working out why she was weirdly and irritatingly pouty at inappropriate moments, and also why it seemed like an Icelandic knitwear advert.I do get easily confused, though, and often lose the plot completely.
