I love it how when somebody dies they automatically become a hero, even if they were exactly the type of person we'd all hate when they were alive.
Sure, but 4 people on 1 quad = 1 driver, 3 passengers. I might hate the driver when I see him on the road, but passengers might not be there entirely of their own volition. Quick "blast around the garden" could escalate very quickly without an ability of the passengers to leave... MajorProblem said:
I don't see how criticising the daily mail's reporting style causes offence, but I suppose these days everyone gets offended at something.
Not offended, just think very bad taste and pointless post in tragic circumstances.I may have missed where you were criticising the Mail along with why you thought appropriate to submit post in 'a bit council'

4 people on a quad in a garden? Unless they've got a country estate I find that quite unlikely. I see these kind of people all the time - what's far more likely is that he said "who wants to come for a ride on my quad", they said "yes" and then this happened. At their age, you know what you're doing. It's a shame it had to result in several people losing their lives, but if you make those kinds of decisions, you only have yourself to blame. I wouldn't turn up at their funerals and point and laugh, but equally I don't feel much sympathy for any of them.

If you can be bothered, go back 275 pages and I'll be quoting quad bikes as full on council
Yes of course we will then have a roadside shrine to the dearly departed. With an ode to the " promising" yoof.
Yes it's tragic but don't go near the damn things. Unless yr a farmer and gathering sheep.

Then again, it wasn't road legal and was never used on the road and was mostly for horse stuff
