I don't think you can use the 'Wake' name in the business name.

Has an entirely different connotation.

Unless, of course, you're planning on launching a range of black cakes for funerals.

Lots of people set up variations on the cup cake theme and few survive. Very few people are willing to pay a premium price for a bit of sponge and shipping them is very difficult.

Sorry to be serious but if they ever want to be found by google etc it is a good idea for your URL and therefore the company name to involve keywords that you think people will search for. I am a photographer and my URL is www.leothephotographer.co.uk boring but it does help google rating which in turn helps business, in theory.
