I really, really don't understand the FaceBook. Just sent a mate an important link and it just pings back at me, ignoring the mate's page. Is this normal?

I pulled the bumper out.

there may be some minor crumpling but I DO NOT want this written off.

I bought it new.

I ran my hand over the roof and rear 1/4 and nothing appears to be bent there.
