I waste 6 minutes as I watched it a second time to find the funny bit that wasnt obviously staged and over acted. Maybe it's V40's relative and he needs the hits?

That is the sort of crap that my daughter used to make me watch because it is "so funny"; it isn't if you are over the age of 14!

It lead to a butt hole. Now renamed Archers View or something similar, after hundreds of years.

laugh Its the cardic ward where they do day cases only so its not 'open' at night, if you are staying in then you get shipped off somewhere else. I tried not to snigger too much when she introduced herself to me last week, given her and the team were charged with making sure I didn't kick the bucket after the surgeon had a tinker about with my heart!

In Wycombe Hospital there's a cardiac ward four floors up from reception. If you're still alive when you get there, they send you up another floor to cardiac rehabilitation! Okay there's a lift or two, but these are germ incubators. You're trapped in it as it trundles its way up and down alongside trolleys loaded with unknown clinical items and with coughing and spluttering sick people! The stairs always seem the better choice to me.
