Thanks Stu, that is not a recipe is it ? Am I missing something ?
Tried one from this page Hic's https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/2gptp... bloke seems to know his concentrates.
Made the HIC's Light American Cigarette Replacement, its good and also made a couple of changes like he recomendeds half way through the page which includes the Desert ship concentrate.

99 page thread and I haven't got time to comb through it all, but can you guys recommend me an E-cig/pipe that comes in at around £30, gievs decent shisha-style amounts of smoke without needing much or any modification and has a battery that will last for up to 12 hours of fairly heavy/regular use on a single charge? Also preferably one that looks more like a traditional pipe and not Optimus Prime's bell-end?
That's a pretty tall order. I think you will have to compromise on looks for the battery capacity you want. Ill have a poke around and see what I can find. But top of my head would be Kanger Subox. Too big?

Ordered one yesterday, hope it gets here quickly as I'm ploughing through roll-ups like there's no tomorrow and they're making me feel horrid in the morning!

It is a pretty comprehensive kit, but it may not come with a battery, you will need an 18650 flat top not nipple top battery. The most reliable seller is
http://ukvapers.org/Thread-Torchy-battery-prices

I use the Samsung INR18650-25 2500mah its the top one in the picture in the link.

The kit comes with a couple of coils. Coils are the things that hold the heating element and cotton that wicks juice/eliquid to the heating element. Use for a week or two or longer depending how much you use it. Replacements can be bought from myepack I use the 1.2ohm and set the device to 17watts, each coils have a wattage range written on them. but play around and find what work for you. Presoak the coils by dripping a few drops of liquid in them then screw them into the filled tank and let them sit for a few mins to soak though.

Best thing to do is watch a couple of YouTube vids like this one so you get the hang of using it

Mine came in about 3 days - but you must specify the EU warehouse

Seems to be a bit hit and miss. I placed one order last week and it's still processing. Another one on Tuesday that was delivered today.

Yep, mine came from the EU warehouse, no idea why it took 2 weeks though.

Just picked this up, no idea about them but top filling, 3ml tank and .2 coils.

I'll post the bits I promised ppl next week smile

ETA the 0.2 coil doesn't work on my Kbox, the ".02" just flashes and it won't fire. 0.5 coils is fine and cloudy as hell!

I did indeed specify EU warehouse since I'm in France right now anyway. It's been dispatched already so I'm hoping it should be with me on Monday.

I've made three purchases from the EU warehouse now, they've taken three, four and six days respectively - my first purchase came via courier, last two via Royal Mail 48 (due to my location I believe as I know others are still being delivered via Yodel)

It usually says next to the item 'dispatched in 1-2 days', I've found it to be the case that you have dispatch + delivery time whereas most vendors will post same day - worth it for the savings though.

The KBOX fires as low as 0.30ohms

Cloupor minis fire a little lower http://www.gearbest.com/temperature-control-mods/p... but you might want a double battery for 0.2 as it'll rinse through a single18650

Two of my friends just got the Cloupor 80W GT from gearbest for about £25 each and they're great

Thanks matey, the .4 is fine tbh, cloudy as hell. Forgot to shut the fill-holes the other night and ended up drinking the tank-full - made my eyes water a tad

It's waiting for me at the post office. Letterbox too small and I didn't hear them knock.

That sounds horrible. These lessons must be learn though! I've burnt my tongue something silly this week playing with claptons for the first time, so much spit-back!

Well, I had to hunt around a bit for a battery but eventually I found an E-cig place in Carcassone that had ONE in the whole shop, they wanted rather more than they cost on the web for it but I was getting pretty impatient to try the thing out having run out of tobacco a couple of days ago and not wanting to buy any more, I paid about the same (€8) as I would have done for a 30g pack of rolling baccy. Definitely worth it, it's a nice bit of kit, seems very well put together, good feel in the hand, definitely a big improvement over the vape pipe I managed to leave at home in England. Seems quite quick to charge off my laptop USB. Definitely a good recommendation, so thanks for that!

At the moment I have a few different flavours of juice but they're all fairly similar and 'cake-like' - coconut, cinnamon and so on - so I'm not too fussed if there's too much cross-mingling of the various varieties, but am I right in thinking that I will need to make a new wick if I want to change to a different flavour and avoid cross-contamination? Or will the first flavour eventually be completely superseded by the next?

Just change juice and the new flavour will come though, it doesn't take too long. I have a few tanks with a different flavour in each

There are a couple of coils that come in the box. The two square ones (0.5ohm installed and 1.2omh) are the disposable ones, when they taste burnt and lose flavour 2 weeks to a month, depending how much you use it, chuck them and buy new ones.

So what's the crack with sub ohm vaping then. Got a joytech evic mini running 0.2ohm and not seeing the fuss. Prefer my istick and aspire running at 1.6ohm. What am I doing wrong.should I be running pure vg. What sort of wattage should I be running. Much above 20w is a bit warm.

Dont know which one I put in but it aint vaping as much as I thought it would... I used one of the free coils and its just not producing as much vapour, in fact no were near the amount on the reviews and what you managed.

I'm with you to a degree mate, I use .5's out of habit but 1.2's always feel the same when I use them.

Same here. I've tried the sub ohm lark with an Atlantis and iStick 50w and can't see what the fuss is about. Get just as much vape and loads more flavour with my 20w iStick and a bog standard Nautilus. Tried all the pure VG stuff as well. Made no difference.
