I dreamt that I was somehow being blackmailed into randomly sniping unsuspecting victims by a faceless cad. I'd killed three, and was on the verge of being caught and imprisoned for 69 years (is there any relevance to the length of time, as it was mentioned many times during the dream?!) then woke up and realised it wasn't true!

Not as earth shattering as other revelations, but my dreams are so vivid, EVERY time, that I'm still there for a minute when I wake up.

Got my dream job after being out of work since August and managed to triple my previous salary. Starting Monday and really can't wait!

It was worth jumping, but was getting a bit squeaky bum time as far as money was concerned. I nearly cried, stupid non blokey thing to do. So danced round the living room like a moron instead. Roll on complaining about Mondays and looking forward to the weekends again.
What's the job?
Excellent work, now what's the job?

After a promised fitting date of early feb, the chimney liner was finally fitted yesterday. Looked like a right bh of a job, so glad I didn't get impatient and have a go myself.

Sun is shining and set to for the foreseeable. Might actually make some money smile

The sun is shining, enjoyed making my car sing on the way into work. Just had a call from one of our sites for a problem, turned out to be a simple fix. And I got to go out into the sunshine. Beers are chilling at home and the sun lounger is soaking up some heat waiting for my arse.

Waking up and seeing my little 3 day old baby boy sleeping next to him mum in the Moses basket... Such a bundle of joy.

What made me happy (and, indeed, laugh today) was a Blackbird in our garden. As usual, and after much fussing by Mr. B, we threw a load of dried meal worms onto the lawn. Cue Mr. B spending the next fifteen minutes troughing on said worms. Having had his fill, he flies off to the nearest branch and immediately starts mouthing off about how good his supper was.

I love Blackbirds.
We 'have' two robins and do the same, try and tame them a little bit so they take them from your hand.

Your heart will exlode from the cuteness.

Got another baby scan this morning. Mrs. 8bit is 36 weeks gone so wouldn't normally have a scan this late on under the NHS but the bump measured a touch small at the midwife appt on Monday so they took us up for a scan this morning. Was a wee bit worried in case something was wrong but all good, saw a chubby little face peering out of the screen at us and knowing we'll get to meet him or her in a few weeks was a boost!

Finished work early and made it out of Rio to the aeroport before the traffic seized up! Am now enjoying the red wine in the lounge rather than stressing in a stationary taxi smelling of farts.
