Looks like a SIG716 to me. (AR10 in 7.62)

He is a designated marksman. Hence the bipod, bigger optic etc, I think it just looks extra big as he is a bit of a shorter dude, but the can is not helping things either as its adding an extra 6-8 inches to the OAL.
