Just had a fight with neighbour

OP - think yourself lucky
I had the audacity to open my front door one night around 9pm after a bloke was screaming and shouting at his mrs outside my house, absolutely hammered, and woke me and my wife and young son up. He was told in not so polite terms to take his argument elsewhere.
A week later, my tyres have all been slashed.
A week later again, someone paint strippered my car.
I am now two weeks on from having told him to p
s off, and am best part of £1000 worse off and have to buy a new car. Sometimes i think its better to leave them to it.
