Well that was my first day back at work after the bad back bedrest of 10 days. Took a pill at noon and have been off my tits all afternoon. Quite strong these things.

I didn't make it to the hospital for 0800. Bed seemed a far better option.

I did make it to Tesco though.

Just cooked up a kilo of chicken. Should last til, ooh, Wednesday lunch. And cleaned the bathroom.

My skipper has a bad back , I offered him some of my Kapake that I had ages ago.
They kicked in 6 mile from shore, he turned around and came back in.
He was tit-less as well.
