I think I will become the first to reveal myself and say that this was me! Obviously I cannot count. Oops! hehe

Yes, a LR fan I am, stalking you reminded me how much I miss my 90 and sent me to the classifieds for hours.

I'm not particularly local, but the company I work for has an office in Warrington, so a trip on the way back to deliver was at one point on the cards but the meeting got cancelled.

Since selling my 90 I got an mx5 and have taken it around outline park on a track day.

Any ways, hope you have fun with the present and painting it all up. And one day I expect a picture of the finished article in front of the restored landy. biggrin

I have to say you were bloody easy to stalk. Soooo much content about you, and that's just on the infamous trouser thread......
smile

I work in Liverpool so if you are ever up in Warrington again, give me a shout with a few days notice and I can arrange to meet up with you for a few drinks!

The Land Rover (wooden one) is coming on slowly, there's a lot of very small bits in that kit and I'm trial-fitting lots of stuff then painting/colouring it in before gluing in place. Plenty of superglue fumes have been inhaled and more than a few swearwords uttered, but I haven't yet managed to glue myself to it hehe

Superb pressies SS I love Porsches no idea what film it is but look forward to watching it!!
Many thanks and happy Christmas!
I hope this film has english languange, or subtitles, but for a PHer it´s a great movie anyway,

because the true stars are a CW 311 (later evolved into the Isdera Imperator), the "Rainbow" BB Porsche,

a Monteverdi and other 70/80s cars.

Lots of great cars and some actors with names in a slightly cheesy Comedy that would never generate box office money ?

Welcome to the "German tax evasion films" of that era, their main reason was to have a huge budget.

This was funded by a syndicate of "investors into German Film culture and movie industry"

who were not really surprised when their projects took off like lead ballons,

allowing them to write off / wash their invested money in order to save taxes.

Some of these projects were so weird that they gathered a fan-base, like Car-Napping.

Got it all charged up now and is now currently playing 'Papa was a Rolling Stone' wirelessly from my laptop. thumbup Technology ay?

Okay, so I got a miniature of Kraken rum which is good.
Then I appear to have been sent four dead mice and and two bits of plastic wrapped in wood effect paper.

Anyone care to explain the mice?

Great - now I know what a bumhole plug looks like!

I imagined something a bit like a bath plug before I saw it although I had a feeling that wouldn't really work

PHSS Lego build completed. Cheers again, it's brilliant.
No worries! thumbup Thoroughly enjoyed my nerdgasm and glad to hear the neighbours have moved!

To my SS, sorry for the delay in posting, it's been manic!

It looks like you found my favourite thread on Ph hehe Frivolous purchases thread seems to have done this years SS' well! I love the light, just need to get it setup in my office. Torch is brilliant, saved me walking into things during the night when away at family's place. The tool card is in my wallet and looks like it is better than the 7p version?!

I'll finish deciphering the letter in the next couple of days with any luck.

MESSAGES OF THE DAY!

Butterface

Your SS doesn't want to reveal themself to you [possibly a good thing...] however wanted me to pass this message onto you:

"I am glad you like your present, hope it's useful and your daughter looks adorable!!

I thought about throwing in cable ties and gaffa tape, packaging it all as a "Prostitute Disposal Kit", but it felt a bit TOO sinister."

HO HO HO!
