Well I've finally taken the plunge and going to start mixing my own juice. I've enough nicotine coming in the mail to last 3 years!

I've only bought the nicotine, VG and PG, but how do you guys mix it? Do you do it by weight or volume? I'm on the hunt for some beakers and 50ml bottles to decant the end product into, but don't want to be buying a ton of stuff I don't need. I'm guessing weight is the more accurate measure?

Been given some good recommendations for concentrates, but is there anything else I'll need? Plan at the moment is to spend a few hours this weekend mixing a few hundred ml as a trial so I'd like to get everything ordered this week if possible.

I finally ordered one. Its tiny, going to be great for walking around
I'm having lots of trouble with mine. Either no flavour or burnt tasting. Have tried 2 different kinds of e-leaf coils and have today ordered some vaporesso and Atlantis coils which are compatible.

It's a great looking device with a brilliant form factor so hopefully the new coils will sort it out and hopefully you won't have any trouble at all with yours.

I mix by weight with some Envy 500 scales, these go down to 0.01 grams so very accurate, there's also the Envy 2000 but only accurate to 0.1g so great for big batches but not that good for small samples. Tried the different sized beakers & measuring stuff but don't bother now and just use bottles.

I get my bottles from ibottles, usually buy 100 or so 10ml and mix 8ml samples with these, then mix my faves in some 50 & 100ml bottles.

For steeping I found it best to just shake the hell out of them and repeat every day, some fruity or menthol stuff is either good to go or takes a couple days, stuff like custards take a good 4 weeks.

I tend to just buy ready mixed concentrates now and add the base liquids.

i just use a big syringe. Very easy that way. i take the plunger out and tape up the nozzle so it doesn't drip out and then fill from where the plunger was iykwim.

So for example i want to make up 250ml, i use a 140ml syringe, fill up with vg. empty it, then top up to amount required (for me its usually 165ml of vg) , don't tip vg out yet, i then put in pg.

Tip this into big bottle.

Then using a 60ml syringe i do the nicotine and then the concentrates.

Don't get me wrong its not as accurate as scales, but its bloody quick. ok your not able to do 0.1 of a ml but its close enough and I've mixed enough now to be able to say its makes no difference at all if your a few points off, especially if your like me and you make liquids with several different concentrates.

Might try some scales though tbh as it might be even quicker, cleaner and easier.

Sounds a good idea, will try it next time as just mixed some last week.
Shall have to buy an extra large syringe.

Crown V2 was going cheap on gearbest due to the impending V3 so I ordered one and it's waiting at the Post Office right now, bought it so that I don't have to drip all day at festivals and events this summer, I'll let you know how I get on with it! biggest concern is that my DNA75 device isn't going to have enough power despite running on 26650 batteries.. new dual 18650 might have to happen...

I've just bought my regular supply of e-liquid in the new 10ml maximum bottle - 50% more expensive. It's gone from £11.99 for 30ml to £5.99 for 10ml.

To save trawling back through 120 pages has anyone ever ordered from onepoundeliquids.com?
I just have. A fiver for 40ml and shipping... Why not give it a go? I'll report back.
I'm also getting a bit fed up lung inhaling and would like to mouth to lung for a change, any suggestions for a tank?

Yes, I have. I'd say it was good value for £1 but you have to manage your expectations. Some flavours like the strawberry milkshake are pretty damn good but some are quite, quite dreadful.

I mostly vape mouth to lung and I personally use the Kayfun tanks however with these you have to build the coils and wick yourself.
You can buy ready wound coils but you still have to fit them and wick them so you might as well wind them yourself.

Nautilus 2 with the 1.8 ohm Clapton Triton Mini coils is a great MTL vape

If you want to spend some more money (Or only £10 for a clone from Fasttech!!) the Kabuki uses the same coils but has a really great airflow set up and looks a lot cleaner

https://www.cremedevape.com/510-P3-Kabuki-Tank-by-...

It really is outrageously expensive though

Well after quitting nicotine completely back in September I'm back to smoking e-cigs. We're the middle of buying our first house and for the past 3 weeks I've been more stressed than what I can ever remember.

I started again by just smoking cigarettes on a Friday night when I went out drinking, thinking I could get away with it. This slowly led to smoking on a Sunday afternoon when I went to the beer garden because of this recent nice weather. Yesterday was the final straw when I was trying to get insurance quotes for an address that doesn't exist yet and insurance companies telling me my premiums would be increased by about 3 fold.

Seemed to have picked a good time to start again though. Due to the new rules I got a 80w TW INTU and a Wise Amor Plus tank for £50. Just ordered 200ml of e-liquid for £20 too.

Yep no problems ordering from OPEL selivery-wise. Any other flavours you'd recommend? I've been ADVing the strawberry menthol recently, fancy a change though.
