Have you ever considered writing lyrics for Blues songs?

I went shopping on my tod today I was only to buy what Mrs pad put on the list.

If I should coco, got mince pies, Gateaux of the black forest, cheesecake Christmas special, gammon , Loads of funky cheese , I wanted to go down the alcohol isle which would have me spending £250+.
All this Christmas fare is sooo tempting.

We decided that next year, we'll probably have a 'staycation'.

Normally, all the Tesco rewards vouchers get cashed in and spent on the Eurotunnel but seeing as we now no longer need them, it got ploughed back into the booze aisle and now sits crated up in the garage.

Free booze in my mind.

Could you pop over to the Question Time thread after you're done? It's broken and needs a bit of a tidy up.

It helps let the water drain out. yes

ION, I know you will be wondering about the dishwasher saga - if not concerned for my hands' well being if forced to do dishes in the sink. I ripped out the broken machine today and after a quick rummage through the stash of bits I'm storing from the old house, have brought my previous dishwasher back into service for the time being.
The broken machine is one of those which you bolt a faux cupboard door onto the front, unlike the working one. So for now the kitchen looks a touch odd. But no matter, once the holiday stuff is all over I'll pop into one of the electrical stores and grab a shiny new one. However, pots/pans/dishes/bowls/glasses and crockery can now be left overnight to be made sparkly again by electric mechanised magic.
It was touch and go for a while.
