One of the top ten greatest films ever. I saw it the day before I saw Will Smith ham it up in his own post apocalyptic adventure and, despite the 80's effects, it's my favourite apocalypse film ever. Best to watch it when you're feeling a bit down and wondering what the point of life is. It won't give you any answers.

I can't find a When the Wind Blows link, but it's worth a watch too.
