No idea, but they must have to include a note on their copies, saying 'fill in now to claim extra benefits', just to get them to look at the bloody form

I'm very untrusting of the census, and have no intention of succumbing to some sort of enforced gathering of pii data. I'll leave the country for the day. Nothing to hide, but I feel I shouldn't be forced to hand personal data when I have no reason to trust in those handling it

In a curious departure from the public sector norm, the online process is well thought through and works perfectly.

Yes smile HTH

On the gypsy/traveller question..I think that is to gauge how many gypsy/traveller pitches are needed in a particular area.

Yes you have to - by law - complete the bloody thing or else £1000

Bloody torries said they didn't like it when Labour wanted it - now the turn coats are going ahead...

Still I didn't vote em in - hard cheese Piston Masses smile

What I'm puzzled about is "This question has been intentionally left blank, go to next question".

On the forms for Wales there's a question about the Welsh language there. Rather than making a special version for Wales, which would have meant doing a special print run of the whole census, by leaving that bit blank they preserve the pagination. Quite sensible really.

That's because you're not in Wales.
If you were in Wales, it would say something like....do you read/speak/write in Welsh. Hopefully our Welsh PHers can actually give us the correct question smile

It asks, "Do you deliberately speak Welsh sometimes just to annoy English people?" wink
