I'm glad you got the result you deserved/wanted.

Why do they think that fining somebody 50 quid is in any way a punishment ? These small sums are pointless. And I'm sure the recipient isn't actually going to feel overwhelmed when they receive it. I'd actually feel disgusted that whatever trauma I've gone through is only worth 50 quid !

Whack them with a 1000 pound fine it will hurt them for a long time.
