Leave my fking parcels at my house and don't take them back!!!!!

Been waiting for these goods for work, they delivered on Thursday, nobody in, so they took it back. Left their card near the front door, which does not have letterbox, the letterbox is at the top of path, the wker walked right passed it.

In all day today as they said it was being delivered between 8 and 6, it's not here, went to their tracking site and it has gone back to their depot, excuse used, adverse weather. What a load of st, the depot is in Poole and I'm in Weymouth. The roads are clear, I know, I've been driving around, they are bone dry.

I can't stay home to sign for stuff, I have to work FFS.

I always have hassle with drivers. furious

Not that it helps you at the moment but if you have the choice of delivery firms then I was amazed at DPD when I used them. You get a text with a specific time slot on the day and if that's not good you can reply to the text to rearrange. Very very good smile

Contract is with sender not recipient,so secure delivery has to be guaranteed.

Well, it'll be no delivery next time as I won't buy kit from them any more.

I'm in Poole and can confirm that, apart from the early part of Friday, the roads have been fine.

I clipped the side of a delivery van just after Christmas on a roundabout. The companies vans are predominately yellow. My insurance company wrote to me last week to notify me that the driver has submitted a claim for personal injury.

Interesting considering the less than 5mph speed I clipped him at. Interesting the speed at which he exited the van with 'big arms', without any physical impedance.

I have since spoken to the insurance company to seek clarification on their position with regards to fraudulent claims.

I am not keen on this particular delivery driver either.

So you order something knowing full well you wont be in and complain because they return it to the depot where it is secure instead of leaving unsecured on your doorstep which would probably be against company policy anyway.

Another vote for DPD. I had a high end gaming PC built costing a couple of grand, DPD collected it at 1800 on a Friday in Bolton and delivered to rural Isle of Wight 1130 Saturday morning. It was pouring with rain and the driver tried really hard to treat the heavy package with care and keep it dry.

We've had the same DPD driver for 2 years - I think that speaks volumes.

+1 for DPD. Top service, couldn't rate them higher from the shower of st they're competing with.
