Not sure if this is the correct place or this. I ordered a fairly expensive item from Amazon on 2 day delivery on 30th July and on the evening of 30th it showed as having been handed over to the shipper (UPS). I've got the tracking number but UPS are telling me they are waiting for the goods from the shipper so I'm in limbo and it appears that the goods have gone missing between the supplier and the UPS depot.

I've looked on the Amazon site but cannot find any way of contacting them to see what's happened, I fear that the items have been nicked. Anybody know what I can do now?

Sorry that was a bit blunt, I'm on my phone pressed send too early.

Hope you get it sorted, I ordered something from amazon on Tuesday with free delivery and one of my parcels has already arrived. So hopefully it is just a glitch.

Had a similar experience a couple of weeks ago with Amazon, fairly expensive order and the tracking site wasn't giving any useful info. Rang up and found out order had been stolen from courier frown

Just heard back from Amazon and they say the parcel had been "mislaid" at the UPS depot and it is now in transit. Hmmmmm!

But it will still be the fault of the man (OP) that it didn't get delivered on time..
