Photoshop help..again!! Mow this girl down with a train!!

Can any of you kind souls with the whereforall shop a train (Maybe a Casey Jones style one) onto the tracks behind Mrs Glocko's stricken daughter please?

But it looks somehow the motionblur is moving away from her rather than coming towards the camera.
