Ridiculously overblown job titles.

Every position within a marketing company seems to be an "executive", apparently.
They also have about five levels of account management...all "executives" though...
I worked briefly in car sales a few years ago and was apparently a 'Sales Executive'! They also have about five levels of account management...all "executives" though...
The definition of an executive is apparently:
Relating to or having the power to put plans or actions into effect.
A person with senior managerial responsibility in a business.
You want floor mats? Hang on, I'll just go and ask my Sales Manager if we can do that.
'Business Manager' was another good one. Cool gig huh, managing businesses? Nope, flogging PCP deals and GAP insurance.
My brother has a 6 word job title, but with no verbs. It's quite strange. He works in IT, and I can't recall it exactly, but it's something like Outsouce Project Corordination Consultation Managed Mediation.
Not a verb to be seen. Whatever his title is, it doesn't actually say what he does. But I know he's good at it, and is paid very well.
I think two more promotions and he gets his own verb.
