Pistonheads Caliphate

The news from the Middle East makes grim reading for many. Sharia law; burkas; beheadings; no booze and probably no V8 cars and no fun.
Thus we merry band of brothers and sisters should unite to form a Pistonheads Caliphate! (PistFate?) Hm....

We need ideas, laws, a location, selection criteria and of course dress code and parking policies.
Do we open up our new world to all, or only the chosen few of well built company directors? Should exclusive corners be reserved for the Greens, Scottish Nationalists and refuges from gringworthy threads?

This could be our new world. What are your ideas?

Well, er, Not really.
Is there any chance we could move on from summary executions at dawn? Maybe serious offences could be dealt with by condemnation to hybrid cars for a week or two. Capital offences would be life on Mumsnet.
