I'm assuming part of the family is from Thailand? If not, that's a big ask to expect people to schlep all that way.
The other thing that's passed me by; When did a Stag night turn into a Stag weekend, turn into a Stag week, turn into a Stag week abroad?
Personally, I'd have said no to both, but then I'm miserable like that.

The figures are crazy really there were about 25 of us in Portugal at about £800 each that's £20,000 spent on one persons stag do.
Last year someone I know was having a stag do in Las Vegas, so a few of us went to San Fran then LA and then met the rest of the stag party in Vegas. It turned out to be more of a holiday rather than a stag as only one night was for the stag. The best bit was hiring a Camaro & Challenger and driving over to Hoover Dam & Valley of Fire.

Makes no sense, a couple of grand gets you the same end result as a £100k wedding.
But it doesn't show off to friends and family.Woman at work took a half days annual leave and went off to get married in the afternoon at the local registry office. Must of only have cost her a few quid.
I went on another stag do this year it was Quad biking and clay pigeon shooting and then back to the stags house for a BBQ and about 6 hours of drinking spent about £100 it was probably a better stag do than the £700 stag in Portugal.
