New Job, New Wardrobe Required

PH Style Gurus...

I'm just about to start a new job that requires a slightly different attire to my old one.

I will require the following to adhere to the dress code:

Suit
Shoes
Shirts
Tie-Optional
Cufflinks-Optional

I've never done this before so would like some pointers in where to start.

Budgets not really an issue, been looking at lines such as Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren etc to give you an idea.
