I really really have trouble waking up in the morning before work.
I dont like coffee so drinking that is not really an option.
I dont drink Red Bull or any energy drinks like that.
I drink some fizzy juice and things during the morning to help me stay awake.
But they arent really very healthy at all.

Any ideas for a great way of getting awake and STAYING awake?

it doesnt seem to matter how much sleep i get, i'm always horribly tired.

leave the curtains open and wake to natural sunrise. You wake more gradually so come out of the sleep much better. Only disadvantage is you're fully awake by 6am, which no sane person should be.

I do this but it means waking up like 5am in the summer and maybe not waking up until mid afternoon in the winter.

Assuming that you're not just hungover every morning, you should make an appointment with your GP.

Chronic fatigue can be down to something as simple as a dietary deficiency, but it can be a symptom of more serious stuff.
