I don't know what to commend you on more... the new body or the tyres.

Both are splendid.

Better pants for next photos though please.

I hope the tyres were, at least, Dunlops.

Are you doing Asylum next?

Continentals, for the OHs car.
Had a look at asylum today and although it looks fun I'm a stingy git and it involves spending money on equipment and it looks like a few moves will require me to raise the ceiling in the living room so as not to smash my hands.
I will keep repeating the normal insanity until I can do all the workouts with no break then may look into it again. I can do all but 1 of the 1st month ones non stop now but none of month 2.

ha go on yourself.

Ive had similar results, im on my last week but to be honest I struggle with time and I just bought another bike so it can only get worse. So I sometimes do month one quite a bit as its quicker.

My gut is almost away and as the o/h says its starting to take shape and firm up. same for the rest of me everything else has toned most of my trousers dont fit now. Its kinda good lying on your side and your belly not flopping over.

Not quite the six pack they show in the adverts but I just wanted to get in my leathers again so Im quite pleased.

I plan to keep doing it as much as I can when Im back my holidays like yourself.

Month 1 is much easier now, only a few rests. Month 2 is still tough.

So, A friend posted on Facespace about how he was trying to lose weight and decided to do Insanity, He now swears by it! This piqued my interest, especially as I get married in 6 weeks! My goal is 93 kgs (currently 101- around a year ago I was 89 and quite happy with that as I am 6 ft 3- no really, that isnt a "PH joke"!!). BUT next week I am visiting family so I will not be able to do insanity, but I will be able to work out!

Fit test:

I dont have my results immediately to hand, but suffice to say my figures were the same as the people in the video when they first started Insanity. I am quite happy with that considering I am currently 101 kgs. Got a good sweat on.

Day 1:

So today was the first day. fk me. After 4 minutes I was my body was begging to stop. Managed to power on through for 30 minutes but then I had to pause the video- I was simply to out of breath and my heart rate was too high. Sat down for 5 mins, had a good drink and then carried on to the end.

I can see why Insanity is so highly recommended. The way Shawn T motivates and talks to the camera is very inspiring. Besides the enforced break, I am quite looking forward to completing as much of this program to get as "wedding day fit" as possible!

A mate in work has been on this for the last 40 odd days. The changes have been pretty immense to be fair. He started out with a 40" waist and is now at 33". Granted he is also doing other phys such as jogging and circuits (mad for it!), but he can't recommend it enough. He looks different, it's quite surreal!

He is doing a blog so ill ask him if I can link to it from here if anyone fancies a look.

Ha sounds like something I would do.
I have dropped down to doing it 2-3 times a week now as I am doing canicross a couple of times a week and circuit training and football the other days.
Keeping the fitness and holding steady on the weight, have been eating like a pig lately though. Have decided to take some fruit to work instead of meat and cheese sandwiches and a coke see if that gets me anywhere.

I have them all download on my mac at home. If you want to send me flashdrive I'd be more than happy to copy them for you and send it back. No need for money.

Im going to have a go at this at the end of the month.

Im determined to lose my belly this year, Ive cut out booze completely and started doing more cardio at the gym, so think Insanity must be worth a try.

Im not very fit so I guess it may break me!

I will post some before pics and measurements when I start and see how I get on.

My mate finished insanity; he now has a 30" waist. The main thing he said is that it is all in the mind, don't give up..!

He has turned into a fitness fanatic and has started the whole thing again; he is noticing that he is now building a bit of muscle and getting stronger this time round.

18 months ago he was 17.5 stone, now he is 12.5..!

I'd imagine if you'r a fat fk then the results will be instant.

I gave up on it now to be honest I'll start again in feb. but I see little results then again I'm 5ft10 and 10 and a half stone.
