The doc will probably say that he needs some proper exercise.

I feel a bit stupid asking this question but oh well smile

I'm not getting any better, tbh probably worse. I'm struggling to stick with my diet now, just cannot eat everything.

Is there any harm in having 3 blended meals out the 5-6 I eat a day?
I was thinking each shake would be:
50g 80% whey protein
150g oats
800ml full fat milk.

For all 3 it comes to 3.8k cals
258g protein (normally hit 300-350g)
383g carbs (I aim for 500g+ if I can)
133g fat (normally 150g-200g)

Bench starting to go in the right direction again after stagnating for a long time. Have started doing heavy triples avoiding failure and gradually increasing the volume. Started at 95kg for triples maybe 10-12 weeks back. Yesterday did (without liftouts for all but 4-rep set):

107.5kgx3,3,3,3,4,3,3

All time PB (with liftout) is 110kgx4 but I reckon I am now stronger than this. Goal is 120kgx3 and then I'm going to try the elusive 130kg bench! Bodyweight is around 86kg.

Some other recent lifts:
Deadlift - 180kgx8 then 190kgx3. Will be back to 200 for reps soon.

NG Pullups - BWx27, BW+30kg x5

If it's about calories and protein, it'll probably be easier to put back more of it.

Or if you're still feeling crappy you could drop all processed foods including shakes. Eat a nice clean diet and don't worry about hitting calories or macros.

You're only young. Plenty of time to do the bulking thing when you're feeling better and have a clean bill of health from the docs. smile

Stupid question but... you're not having a problem with milk are you?

If I drank the amount of milk you mentioned in one sitting, I'd shortly be sitting on the toilet and pissing milk out of the rear.

I did wonder that but I've not had a shake the last few days, only weetabix which is still 8 plus 800 ml hehe and I've been the same.
