Why you say that moan? You can see the difference it made on me and I'm still a bit chubby with some excess skin left over from when I was 20+ stone. Think if ur doing it properly and really slim down there is no reason to not have a nice defined stomach.
Also now that I have completed the proper course I only do it about twice a week along with other sports but I do seem to be bulking a bit now around the arms n chest. Really should have done some before and after measurements.

I have them all download on my mac at home. If you want to send me flashdrive I'd be more than happy to copy them for you and send it back. No need for money.
How about dropbox?

I don't really know what piratebay is, never used it.
Dropbox is a website where you can share files and videos and things, you upload it and friends can see what you've uploaded.

On Youtube, you can find the complete series of people doing the workout. In other words, they turn the volume up and record themselves. You just follow the person. This coupled with the calendar (which is available free online from the official website\google) and bob's your mother's brother.

Infact, this rather plesent brunette lady has done just that:

Enjoy!

If anyone ever had a scratched DVD, and therefore could legally download it, they could quite easily find it out there as a torrent, I'm sure.. whistle

Its a nice thought but she does all but one of those moves wrong! If you just copy them and don't do the proper movement with the correct form then its not worth the effort and is more likely to hurt you.
Just had a flick through her day 2 and 3 workouts too and she only does 2-3 moves correctly from those combined! (not including stretches). Doing the workouts how she does would be a breeze.
Good idea once you find someone who does it properly but how are you going to know who does?

I do still do the workouts a couple of times a week mixed in with other training. Doing it 6 days a week is a killer, especially in the 2nd month but keep at it, really worth the effort smile

I started again Saturday morning, took it nice and easy.

Can I walk?

No.

Still aching like a bd, not ideal when you're meant to do them each day hehe

When I first got it it turned up on a Friday so I did a run through of the Fit Test just to see how bad it was going to be. Made me ache a bit but was OK by Sunday ready to start proper on Monday and I was OK. Just need to be careful jumping back into it if I have had a week or so off and just been running or playing football.
