Along with the Samaritans you can contact 111 for some mental health support. Your GP as well. Mind are excellent as well.

TVR1, sorry to hear you’re still struggling. Get some support for yourself. Sometimes we need help to recalibrate and start to live life again, no matter how much we don’t believe it.
