Yes, you may well die.
A perfect example of trolling.

Onto the serious question....
Eat a balanced diet and go to gym more/ do more when your their.

The only things you need are motivation and patience.

Heavy deadlifts, benchpresses and squats are what you need. Along with diet etc, but you really should be doing those.

Not necessarily - a touch more complicated than that (in the real word grand scheme), although not inherently wrong.
I haven't seen the inside of a gym for a couple of decades (which I know is heresy in this place, but I have my reasons). However, my RS has disappeared, as has the neck, etc (shame certain bits haven't frown).
Just need to enter the Dryathlon +1 for the full open mouth reaction (interesting having spent a night with good people who just happened to not have seen me for a while).

If you're mostly sedentary, then even the recommended daily intakes will be far more than you need. Focus on making sure you get a good balance of protein and fat - don't just load up on carbs and sugars. Try to minimize sugars as much as possible.

Things like cycling to work will make a surprising amount of difference, and if you're only in the gym for a short period each week, spend it doing compound weights (Squats and Deadlifts) rather than wasting it warming up on cardio machines. Losing weight through cardio is a sure fire way to spend lots of time for little gain.

Oh, and don't stress out if you start gaining weight during this initial process. Focus on body shape rather than what the scales say - while it's easy to use it as an excuse, muscle weighs more than fat, and if you're not particularly fit, then you -will- develop muscle if you start working out.
