Best way to put on weight healthily?

Then did a cardio workout. I have to say I feel much better than a couple of days ago, less tired.
I have a Personal Trainer coming round tomorrow to 'work me hard' and give me some diet tips so I can't wait for that.
Not to mention I've been taking antidepressants for nearly a week now and although they have probably given me a few side effects (nausea/tired/dry mouth) it makes me want to drink more water and sort myself out. I've been diagnosed with GAD and panic disorder which is also why I lost weight. I'm determined to get back on track.

Ps. I'm never eating raw eggs!!

You do seem to bounce from one extreme to the other. That's a good way to end up "skinny/fat".
Try to find a middle ground - you can completely transform your body but it takes time and persistence. You know what you have to do - up your calories and your exercise. Think of it as a year of transformation, keep it up, and you will be happily surprised in three and six months.
And raw eggs are fine on steak tartare as a treat. Practically no-one needs the stupid shakes everyone seems to drink these days, whether powdered or raw egg based. Shouting "beefcake" doesn't help either.

I'm going to CBT counselling. Medication was my last resort. 2) Seek help beyond a doctor giving you sweeties.
As for exercise, apart from strength training, I wouldn't bother with cardio - you simply do not need it if you're underweight. It's like filling the bathtub up without putting the plug in, if you see what I mean.
FWIW my background is in helping people with emotional and psychological issues using talk-based therapies. Ironically, I don't really talk about it on PH.
