Its a 6 minute drive otherwise a 20 minute walk. Would you walk or drive?
I used to struggle sometimes with motivation to go, and on those days drove. Its a 6 minute drive otherwise a 20 minute walk. Would you walk or drive?
Getting into the car was easy, and once I arrived I was happy to have a good session, but if I was walking or running there I’d often waste ages “getting ready.”

On a serious note keep your cardio and lifting separate. If putting on lean mass is your goal then about 5 mins jog/whatever should do it.
For a beginner? Majoring in the minors given the huge benefits of a more active lifestyle. A decent walk several times per week = big win.ORD said:

I walk circa 2.5 miles round trip to my gym every time I go. I try to avoid driving if I can help it - and I enjoy the walk. Mix of semi rural and urban. Its a 6 minute drive otherwise a 20 minute walk. Would you walk or drive?
5 times per week. Sometimes more.
