As crap as it might sound to you, you need to go to sleep earlier and stay awake (outdoors if poss) in the day

Vitamin intake as posted earlier really helps in that respect

Good times ahead! Balance will come from the above

You'll get there, it'll just take some time

Try get out for some walks in a park or somewhere being out and exercising helps a lot.

What did you used to enjoy before?

As has been said before, you DON'T need our permission to post, although as it happens, everyone wants you to keep posting so it's fine anyhow. smile

And how you are feeling isn't stupid either. Lots of people with similar experiences to yours, this is how life goes sometimes, you are not alone.

Keep posting!

Its read this or do some work.. biggrin

As its PH how about we chat cars? Heard you have a monaro v8 coming around?

Just bought an mx5 the other day , loving it, and I'm not even a hairdresser lol

Whats your fantasy 3 car garage?

Think I would have to go with..

Lambo Miura as the classic
F-Type v8 for a modern sporty 2 seater
I'd want the 3rd to be a practical offroader, so probably a lexux or rangie or something

It'll come don't worry. You'll have ups and downs in the short term but the height of the waves will reduce as the days pass. The human mind is incredibly efficient at ditching stuff it doesn't like. If you can visualise a mindset spring clean then you won't be far off what's going on at the moment. Remind yourself that how you're feeling now isn't going to be permanent - it will pass.

Liking the Lambo - good taste

I'd go:

Rangie - for the lux family long distance cruise
FXX - for st yourself blast around a track
Jensen Interceptor - I'm a big fan of Eric Morecambe and he used to have one!
