Just downed a litre of banana Yazoo thanks to the last Transformation thread! This time last year, 1 teaspoon of milk would have me ruining the toilet.

Spoke too soon. 1 litre of milk is too much for me - I think about 30-40% of it went straight through. I think 300ml (a large glass) is a reasonable size and didn't affect me late last year.

LOL ive done that in the past. Although you look and feel like a reet tw*t when it happens i always think it at least your pushing yourself to the limit.

Was thinking about this on Friday when i was doing bench. I racked the weight as i wasnt 100% certain i could do another rep. It would be good to have someone train with you on bench just so you can try and get out that extra rep or two without risk of being a upside down turtle.

I eventually had my hospital appoiontment last week and they found some lump things in my bowel which is probably causing my lack of dumping. Not sure what the next step is hopefull get another appointment this week to talk further.

On a lighter note my training is still going really well, i feel the best i have in years but think im putting a little fat on at the moment. Im sticking at it for now at least im getting a bit stronger.

Im getting slightly tempted to try a ECA stack in March or April but just looking into that at the moment. Anyone tried this or anything alomg those lines ?

I'd be tempted to advise you to stay away from any chemicals until you've had confirmation of what those lumps are. You may need to take medicine in the near future which may not work as expected if you've been taking other things.

Its just a idea at the moment i want to really do my homework on it first anyway before i decide to try it or not. Wont be trying it for a while yet anyway if i decide to have a go at it.

TBH i cant see it will make that much difference anyway, if it was that good everyone would be doing it.

If what you're doing is failing to get results any more then either step up the exercise or reduce the calories further.

OTOH you may need to reduce the exercise depending on whether you're overdoing it or not!

What cardio do you do these days?

It is good when used properly and is reasonably effective. I've done it in the past too great effect.

Most people don't understand how to be effective in this area, ECA is rather obviously completely pointless if diet isn't good but with a good diet and training good results can be had. Unfortunately most who do it, have poor diets and/or training and then say its rubbish because they aren't losing weight when in fact they are expecting miracles that are never going to happen.

It's also worth pointing out the old ECA stack is now illegal and can't be sold like it used to be.

I personally think yohimbine is a brilliant aid if used properly.
Good points mate, TBH i just finding out about it then way up if its worth trying obv with it being banned there must be a reason so for me its weather the gains would be worth the risk. How long do you take it for ? Just cycle it for a few weeks on then off again ?

As for yohimbine - talk to me whats this do ?. Actually im supposed to take that on this Kris Gethin program but ive not bothererd with any of the supps apart fromthe shakes.

... if they don't suffer side effects.
Plenty of articles for and against if you have a look; the jury's still out though. E.g. click.

I posted in the old thread but I let go and gained some weight but in november I got my act together and went on a high protein diet.

I'm 5f 11 and at my highest weight I was 89kg But I basically cut down all the takeaways, started eating clean and also running 3 times a week. Went down to 79kg by xmas biggrin

from Xmas onwards I've started the weight training, although I wanted to go down to 75 and then start but I would have gone too skinny and think gains would have been harder. I follow Zyzz's plan on (http://www.simplyshredded.com/exclusive-zyzz-interview.html). right now I'm still around 79 kg but I'm gaining muscle and losing body fat, although I need to work a lot more in order to lower the body fat but I can already see some definition.

I'm still on a calorie defect diet but just under maintenance so I still lose some fat. I take jack3d micro pre-workout, Whey impact isolate, creatine and BCAA for supplements.

The lucky thing about me is that I have good genes which means I can usually change my body pretty fast and with decent results but the upside is that when I let go, I'm fooked!

Great interview - always been a huge fan of Dorian Yates, have followed him right from when I first started working out (in about 1991). A man of huge intellect but not in the conventional way. I've always wanted to see him and Mike Tyson together around a table discussing the workings of life and the universe. About the only two people that I find genuinely fascinating in this world.

I hope the smilie is in recognition and amazed acknowledgement and respect rather than doubt or criticism Hoofy.

Dorian, who I have met - he was a friend of our gym owner and visited a couple of times in the late 80s/early 90s - built one of the most amazing physiques ever, not just from a UK athlete, by dint of great determination, effort, persistance, genetics and, yes, drugs. The method and rigour he brought to this journey he has applied to business and his life in general and has become a fully rounded man in touch with himself and bigger truths.

Who would have thought a Mr. Olympia would have become such a sage and leader for us in this de-spirited, often soulless modern world? As with others who have become in touch with reality through psychosis, like his predecesor Mike Mentzer, he has found a direct way to knowledge, with an insight many of us cannot gain unless we take heed of the truth and the messages these brave people promote.

He has seen through the control and the deceit the oligarchs and corrupt business leaders maintain and the poisonous tools they use to keep us ignorant, and down. So thank god for this interview and the wisdom and advice it offers and those with wisdom and their 4 dimensional thinking. Tap water, pah. Who imagines stuff like the Iraq war and the invasion of Afghanistan could have been managed without the control and tampering of our water supply? Where would the cannon fodder and mercenary soldiers have been found without Bush's ability to control their minds.

No man is evil, we are all human, but those who do wrong are just limited in their understanding of the Universe. How many know, for example, that Hitler and the Nazis secretly pumped fluoride into the water supply in Germany back in the 30s (and, closer to our interest, were involved in the development of steroids of course) to prepare a warlike and willing populace ready to commit the atrocities their masters perpetrated. As Dorian has sussed, the Jews were analogous to Bush's Bin Laden.

On the good news front, the nutrition company is attempting to launch a powder, a product containing pure DDT - extracted from donors (in the very 1st seconds of death before it evaporates and wastes), volunteers born in the 50s and 60s from the Carson Society. It won't be cheap unfortunately as it's obviously a very expensive process, especially the legal work/prep. required. So, if this comes off, soon the ordinary man will be able to get more in touch with the higher truth and purpose we were intended for. The release has been delayed due to pressure from the govt. but should be here soon. That's again why we need to fight the attacks on supplements by the cartel of regulators and those who conspire to control and limit us and our human potential.

He's certainly a fascinating bloke. I didnt know he was into all the "alternative" stuff too. I used to think those sorts of thoughts belonged to the tin-foil hat brigade but my views have changed in the last year. My Dad who was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic Cancer last Jan was given not long to live and is now pretty much in the all clear. He hit it from all angles but concentrated on meditation, "herbal" remedies wink and a complete diet overhaul amongst other things. I understand the placebo affect will certainly help but the doctors cant believe it - he is in great shape now. He's even hitting weights too smile

If anyone would like a breakdown of what he has done drop me a PM.
