Oh,there is one very big thing people haven't really mentioned yet...your skin might not like what you are doing to it. Building yourself up too quickly, or loosing weight too quickly can fk up your skin resulting in stretchmarks or loose skin.
I have some mean stretchmarks on my shoulders from building them too quickly.

You may well hit a wall if you don't replace your exercise calories. MFP really does help Tumbler said:

MFP has certainly made it easier I used to think my breakfast was healthy, it was circa 1000 calories and my daily sugar budget was busted before I left the sofa in the morning!
I still have pigout days, but I keep to the weekly net calorie budget in MFP and it seems to be working. Eat back your exercise calories and keep your intake pretty clean is good advice in my experience
