Impressive that you have a decent cable machine in your home!
Unless the cables are extremely short he'll have a problem doing standing flyes!

Not sure if you've seen it recently- it's moved to a bigger unit a month or two back- about 3 or 4 times the size, with a fair bit more stuff to, it's awesome. Has an Astroturf sprinting lane for the prowler/sprinting etc too.

Bannatynes, think I pay £32.95 for full access, so gym, pool and classes.

Wife pays £32 at the local council type one and gets pool, classes and gym too, but also has access to a few other gyms locally with pools which is useful.

Her gym is pretty nicely kitted out too, dedicated strength area, functional stuff (rig and big tyre thing to flip)

Bannatynes is 100m from my office though, so convenient for lunch sessions.

£34 Fitness First

I use the weights often 2/3 times a week and the treadmill when it gets really cold. Also use it to avoid the wife!

Suna and stream room available. I use them 3/4 times a year and good for having a social on a Sunday night.

PS: Was thinking about switching to a 24/7 gym which would have offered further availability however i have seen people leave and return to fitness first so thought i would just stay. Must be getting on for 15 yrs membership now or something stupid.

Nearly full stretch is good, but you can still stretch with quite bent arms.

DL in Farnham - approx £110 incl Spa

Not cheap, but I get my moneys worth and the facilities are tip top.

How do you make sure you get your money's worth?

Also, at £110 that must include court use?

Presumably by using it frequently

Not just that, though - using all of it rather than just using the sauna everyday, for instance.
